We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Administration Officer to join our dynamic business at our head office located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, Queensland. This is a wholly owned Sunshine Coast business that has a national presence and a strong track record of innovation and diversification in the nutritional supplement industry.
The ideal candidate will possess an eye for detail and work with a sense of urgency. Being proactive in reporting and analytics is a key skill for success in this role. The ability to identify trends, generate insightful reports, and provide data-driven recommendations will be highly regarded. Your ability to be a proactive team player, approach all tasks with enthusiasm, and take ownership of your responsibilities will be highly valued.

Responsibilities:
- Support sales and marketing teams with data collection, presentation, and reporting
- Process invoices, customer payments, credits, and order tracking for stores
- Manage general data entry, business transactions, and weekly accounts payable
- Develop skills in data analysis, reporting, and financial administration
- Facilitate various projects and assist directors in office operations
- Organise social events, handle daily mail, and complete weekly shopping
- Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc tasks
- Handle office administration, including supplies and policy updates
About You:
To be considered for this great opportunity you must have:
- Previous administration experience
- Proactive approach in reporting and analytics
- Excellent data entry skills & an eye for detail and
- High level of proficiency in Excel and Word
- Experience and proficiency in Cin7, Xero, Shopify, Orderdesk, Monday.com (preferable)
- The willingness to show initiative and take ownership of your role
- Knowledge in the health and fitness supplement industry (an advantage but not essential)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to contribute to a positive office environment
