We are currently seeking a Full-Time Administration & Sales Support professional to join a top-performing sales team. This role is a mix of administrative support to the team’s Operations Manager and Personal Assistant, as well as sales support to the Lead Agent and two Sales Associates. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues, both in person and over the phone.
- Assist the Operations Manager and Personal Assistant with general administrative and operational tasks.
- Perform administration functions to support the appraisal, listing, marketing, and sales activities of the entire team.
- Provide day-to-day support to the Lead Agent and Sales Associates.
- Conduct intensive database management, ensuring data integrity, accurate contact entries, calendar scheduling, and task management.
- Manage the Lead Agent’s diary, ensuring client and team interactions are optimised.
- Carry out open homes and inspections.
- Attend valuations and buyer appointments as required.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of Form 6s, contracts, and marketing materials.
- Undertake other ad hoc duties as required.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Extensive customer service experience with a professional and mature approach.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a high-performance environment.
- A positive and outgoing attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- A QLD Real Estate Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
- A current driver’s licence and their own reliable vehicle.
- Availability to work Saturdays.
