Managed Solutions is a technology company based in Ipswich. Over our 25-year history, we have developed many internal systems to make our operations effective and efficient and these link into MYOB and Xero to manage our accounts functions.

We have a vacancy in our finance team for a permanent, part-time person working weekdays within 8:30 am to 5:00 pm hours in our West Ipswich Office - and it comes with great people, great coffee, and free lunch! Hours are flexible for the right person.
The role includes the duties and responsibilities you would expect across a typical accounts administration role. We're looking for someone with general bookkeeping experience and can do the following (or are willing to learn):

  • accounts payables
    • data entry and review of vendor invoices
    • payment processing
    • company credit card and bank account reconciliation
  • accounts receivables
    • client debt collection
    • reviewing and escalating invoice queries
    • maintaining positive relationships
  • payroll
    • processing payroll for 40+ employees
    • onboarding/offboarding
  • general reporting and administrative duties assisting accountant, team leader and management.

We are looking for:

  • enthusiasm and experience working in a business
  • good, clear verbal and written communication skills
  • competent and accurate keyboard skills and experience with Microsoft Office
  • confidence to own your work and question the status quo
  • a drive to learn, research and present solutions

It would be great if you had some MYOB and Xero experience, but we would be prepared to train you if you are otherwise amazing!
