Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Claims Consultants.Monitor team progress and provide regular feedback.Drive a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Foster an environment of continuous learning and professional development.Work closely with senior management to implement strategies that meet business objectives.
What We’re Looking For In You
Proven leadership experience, ideally within the insurance, financial services or a similar sector.Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to inspire and guide teams toward achieving shared goals.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Results-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service.Positive and resilient, focused on delivering the best possible results
