About the Role:Join the Customer Access Team at Mile End as a full-time Customer Service Officer. We are looking for somebody to provide top-tier customer service over the phone, serving as the initial point of contact for both internal and external customers.
What you'll do:
- Provide seamless and solution focused customer service over the phone.
- Connect customers to appropriate services, with a 'one call' resolution focus.
- Undertake administration tasks.
- Contribute to the customer experience by providing and linking customers to expert services that support maintaining a good life.
- Outstanding customer service skills, with proved experience in delivering outstanding customer service.
- IT savvy - with intermediate computer literacy, with the ability to use various software and databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates with experience in a similar role are highly desirable.
- A Police Check for unsupervised contact / vulnerable groups less than 12 months old upon commencement
