This role offers flexibility , a supportive work environment , and the opportunity to work with diverse participants across the lifespan (0-65) with both physical and mental health needs.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Therapy and current SPA registration
- Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- Current Police Clearance, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening.
- Proven experience in working with individuals with disabilities, psychosocial disabilities, families, and carers.
- Strong commitment to dignity, respect, inclusion, and empowerment of participants.
- Skilled in evaluating functional needs and providing advanced clinical advice to peers.
- Experience in supervising assistants/support staff and contributing to quality improvement and research activities is desired
