Description
As a Receptionist/Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
* Welcoming visitors to the site and ensuring a positive experience
* Conducting site inductions and ensuring safety protocols are followed
* Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication
* Creating and formatting documents using Microsoft Word
* Organizing and coordinating meetings, both in-person and on MS Teams or other platforms
* Managing inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
* Handling group inboxes and managing correspondence through Outlook
* Creating and maintaining spreadsheets and tables for presentations in Microsoft Excel
Profile
We are looking for someone who:
* Has exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
* Is comfortable learning new systems and technologies
* Has experience using Microsoft Office programs, especially Word and Excel
* Can manage multiple tasks and set priorities effectively
* Is eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
* Is reliable, well-organized, and pays strong attention to detail
