Job DescriptionNow, about this role…
We’re on the lookout for a motivated and curious mid-to-senior-level Finance Partner to work across core business departments and key project delivery.
This role requires someone with experience partnering with senior stakeholders, providing strategic financial insights, and influencing decision-making at a leadership level.

- Supporting core business functions Corporate/Finance/Risk/People & Culture to set financial & operational targets and provide a clear and transparent view of company performance
- Supporting finance lead project activity
- Utilising your excellent interpersonal skills and being capable of delivering high-quality outcomes in financial analysis, reporting, cost guidance and stakeholder advice
Then, this opportunity might just be your dream job:
- Supporting the annual budgeting & quarterly forecasting processes for expenses and any relevant capital investments
- Working with the broader finance team to understand monthly financial performance across Core Business Functions including provision of analysis to understand variances to plan
- Being the key financial contact for all Leadership Team discussions to provide key insights, trends and performance tracking against plan, with a focus on accuracy in numbers, continuous improvement, insights into operational efficiencies and optimisation & contribution to long term strategic planning
- Building strong and positive relationships with each relevant Department Head and leadership group, providing the necessary assistance and professional advice to assist them with the financial aspects of their duties including the provision of robust analysis that informs and supports effective decision making
- Being the focal point for complex financial queries, providing advice to stakeholders and connecting with relevant subject matter experts within the broader finance team
- Taking ownership of all finance lead project activity to create efficiencies in the way we do things, challenge existing work structures, seek out continuous improvement activities & contribute towards making tomorrow bigger, better and stronger

You will be natural problem solver and strategic thinker and will be highly competent in working amongst large data sets to pull together robust and insightful recommendations to drive business performance.

Your life pre-Judo and the skills you’ve picked up along the way:
- CA, CPA and/or MBA qualified professional
- Experience in a Finance Business Partner role / FP&A role - supporting senior executives
- Experience in Financial Services (Banking background ideal but not a necessity)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
