Your Impact

Based at our Tullamarine site, the Quality Assurance Coordinator role will see you leading and supporting the laboratory team and functions. Your primary focus is on the implementation of continuous process improvement initiatives effecting greater plant performance while driving output quality and cost.

Note - This is a 7-8 -month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Quality and Continuous Improvement agendas within the area. Achieve set KPIs and undertake root cause analysis (RCA) if off track.

  • Development and deployment of solutions to improve productivity and drive a performance culture.

  • Manage quality assurance and food safety programs.

  • Manages all QA and QC systems and outputs for the laboratory to support manufacturing.

  • Maintain online testing facilities and equipment to meet proficiency requirements.

  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance.

  • Provide training to site on Quality, Hygiene and GMP and external partner quality. standards. Liaise with external partners and customers to meet requirements and investigate issues.

  • Experience in a quality role, ideally in a manufacturing environment with stringent compliance standards

  • An eagerness to learn and grow
