About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Officer to provide technical expertise and advice on Skills First Funding Contract and ASQA Standards for RTO’s. The role involves supporting the management of training activities, funding contracts, compliance requirements, and relationship management to ensure adherence to various regulatory standards and frameworks.
- Ensure staff understand VET delivery standards and provide the necessary training.
- Implement and monitor compliance standards and maintain scope of registration.
- Oversee internal and external audits and ensure timely responses to funding/monitoring body requests.
- Develop and implement training resources and compliance documentation.
- Build and maintain effective industry relationships.
Skills And Experiences
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have experience with student management systems, industry experience in an RTO, advanced computer skills, and experience in achieving set outcomes.
Skills and Competencies:
- Advanced knowledge of compliance requirements for an RTO.
- Strong understanding of the VET system and major funding bodies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and produce high-quality work within timeframes.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and present solutions.
You will require a current Working with Children Check and National Police check.
