Your Role
As Head Chef, you will take ownership of the Stock & Barrel kitchen, leading a team to deliver an extraordinary fine dining experience. Your responsibilities include:
- Menu creation and execution, showcasing seasonal, locally sourced produce and innovative culinary techniques.
- Mentoring and developing chefs at all levels to uphold the highest standards.
- Overseeing daily kitchen operations, rostering, stock control, and maintaining an organised, high-performing team.
- Working closely with front-of-house to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Managing food costs, supplier relationships, and financial performance.
- Ensuring all health, safety, and compliance regulations are met.
