ABOUT THE ROLEBased in Parramatta we have an opportunity for multiple Customer Service Representatives to join an inclusive and diverse team supporting customers experiencing financial hardship. This role will suit people who are passionate about helping people!
Your role in the Hardship and Collections team will be to deliver exceptional customer service; this team supports their customers Monday-Saturday 8am-8pm and candidates must be available to work on a rotating roster between these hours.
The successful candidates would be required to start on the 5th May 2025
Role Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers who are going through financial distress and providing options and solutions
- Handling all customer queries with compassion and empathy
- Demonstrating resilience when having difficult conversations with customers
- Assisting customers back to financial health and stability
- Monitoring and managing identity fraud and fraud trends to mitigate losses to the bank
- Reporting fraudulent customers
- Proven success in a customer service and/or call centre role
- Collections experience will be desirable
- Experience in handling sensitive customer matters
- High levels of empathy and resilience
- Ability to work various shifts 8am-8pm Monday-Saturday
