Description:

An exciting opportunity has emerged for an experienced Development Manager to lead large-scale industrial and logistics developments from acquisition through to delivery . This role requires expertise in built-form execution, CDC approvals, and stakeholder management , ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.
As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for managing industrial land transformations, master planning, infrastructure coordination, and the design and delivery of complex industrial assets .
Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Project Management: Oversee industrial and logistics developments from site acquisition, feasibility, approvals, construction, and delivery .
  • CDC & Planning Approvals: Lead Complying Development Certificate (CDC) and DA approvals, ensuring regulatory compliance and fast-tracked project execution .
  • Design & Procurement: Coordinate with architects, consultants, and engineers to optimize design outcomes and procure major trades and contractors .
  • Construction & Delivery: Manage contractor negotiations, program timelines, cost control, and risk management to ensure seamless project execution .
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with tenants, investors, local authorities, and internal teams to align project objectives with market demand.
Key Requirements
  • 5+ years’ experience in industrial property development, logistics, or built-form asset delivery .
  • Proven track record in managing design elements, securing CDC approvals, and delivering built-form industrial assets .
  • Strong understanding of planning frameworks, feasibility analysis, procurement, and construction methodologies .
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including large-scale industrial estates, warehouses, and logistics hubs .
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with experience working with contractors, consultants, tenants, and local authorities .
  • Degree in Property, Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management is highly desirable.
