Eligibility to Apply: To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).

Position Profile: We are seeking an individual who will support the development, coordination, and implementation of strategic systemwide projects and programs for the State Health Operations Centre (SHOC).
The SHOC brings together key functions from across the health system to operate in greater coordination and synergy to manage safe and efficient patient flow. These functions include patient transport services; call taking, triage and dispatch (St John WA); virtual emergency care; and establishing situational awareness of demand and pressure across health service providers and St John WA by ensuring collective system-wide access to data, analysis and predict analytics capability.
As a Project Officer within SHOC, you will be responsible for:
- Providing project support for the various program of works within SHOC, including supporting the business management, human resource and corporate management functions of SHOC.
- Developing effective networks and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparing working papers, briefing notes, and general responses to correspondence relating to SHOC.
- Maintaining intranet pages and preparing communication materials for various programs and projects.
