About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment and Mobilisation Officer to join our People, Culture and Safety Team for a period of 12 months with possibility of extension.
As a key player in this dynamic environment, the position contributes to the seamless operation and success of ISSG and its diverse portfolio, including such responsibilities, but not limited to:
- undertaking end-to-end recruitment
- undertaking mobilisation activities
- creating and maintaining a talent pool
- enabling contract kick off through adequate resourcing ensuring staff are inducted and job-ready.
This role will work closely with our operational teams to address any resource requirements.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment including delivering mobilisation support to meet operational needs as needed and for contract and project start ups.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills based on respect, understanding and professionalism
- Care and commitment to delivering a quality service and work
- Confidence and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/Mobilisation platforms (e.g. SAP, Enable, Workflow)
