Requirements
What you'll be doing:
- Establish priorities to meet deadlines and commitments in a high-pressure environment
- Site Preparation, Remediation and Deployment
- Manage day-to-day delivery of the site deployment project
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary technology teams for fast delivery clients
- Manage project support work to deliver solutions and capabilities to meet client requirements
- Order networking equipment (firewalls, WAPS, Switches, PDU) with delivery to site - purchasing
- Escalate and resolve project risks and issues in collaboration with the project team
- Offer specified administrative support to projects to ensure effective assistance
- Manage and track all project financials
- Manage and track all project invoicing.
- Communicate with clients, project managers and other stakeholders on task status
- Assist PMO with financials, reporting and tracking, RAID tracking
- Own and update Site Tracking spreadsheet including rundown tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field desirable
- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within an MSP environment
- Proven ability to follow up and ensure tasks move to completion with GREAT customer satisfaction
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience of growing and fostering brilliant team and client relationships
