As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in the successful execution of civil and infrastructure projects, focusing on the manufacturing and installation of precast components. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to facilitate seamless communication and logistics across teams. Responsibilities
  • Scheduling Assistance: Support the Project Manager in developing and updating project schedules, tracking milestones, and ensuring team alignment.
  • Documentation Management: Prepare, distribute, and maintain essential project documents, including contracts, blueprints, meeting minutes, reports, and safety records.
  • Resource and Procurement Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to manage materials, equipment, and delivery schedules, ensuring timely procurement and inventory accuracy.
  • Data Collection and Reporting: Monitor project data, including timelines, milestones, and costs, providing regular updates to the Project Manager.
  • Communication Support: Act as a liaison between internal teams (manufacturing, logistics, engineering) and external stakeholders (suppliers, contractors) to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Quality Control Assistance: Document inspections, maintain quality records and follow up on corrective actions to ensure project standards are met.
  • Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, recording minutes, coordinating travel, and organizing team activities.
  • Proposal and Tender Assistance: Contribute to the preparation of project proposals and tender documents to support the bid process.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in construction or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Familiarity with scheduling, procurement, and quality control processes.
  • A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
  • A diploma or degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
