Our Paid Social Creative Specialist must have a Paid background. They play a pivotal role within the Paid Media team by driving creative ideation, managing the briefing process, and overseeing the feedback loop. This role is focused on achieving key creative KPIs and enhancing the performance of our advertising campaigns through continuous creative testing, optimisation, and innovative concept development. They have a deep understanding of creative elements and what drives direct response results native to paid channels.
The role includes:
- Develop Innovative Ideas: Ideate unique and effective creative concepts for Paid Media campaigns across multiple platforms, included but not limited to Meta, TikTok, Snapchat & Google.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and brand teams to ensure alignment and integration of creative ideas.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to inform creative strategies.
- Creative Briefing: Draft comprehensive creative briefs that clearly communicate campaign objectives, target audience, and key messaging.
- Content Creation Guidance: Provide clear and actionable guidance to designers, copywriters, and other creatives involved in the content production process.
- Review and Critique: Evaluate creative outputs to ensure they meet objectives, brand guidelines, and quality standards.
- Constructive Feedback: Provide detailed, constructive feedback to creative teams, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.
- Iterative Improvements: Facilitate an iterative feedback process to refine and enhance creative assets based on performance data.
- Performance Analysis: Analyse campaign performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of creative strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Regular Meeting: Conduct regular meetings with creative teams to review creative performance, address challenges, and maintain alignment.
