About the Role
Responsible for elevating ANZ’s understanding and ability to apply financial wellbeing amongst our staff. You will design and implement a program of work to uplift the organisation ensure our staff are equipped to champion financial wellbeing confidently and effectively.
What will your day look like?
Strategic Planning: Develop a "from-to" roadmap for financial wellbeing, clearly articulating desired outcomes and actionable steps to achieve them.
Capability Uplift: Create and deliver programs, resources, and training initiatives to build financial wellbeing knowledge and skills across the division.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholder groups (e.g., Marketing, Frontline, Brand) to align narratives and ensure consistency in how financial wellbeing is discussed and understood.
Implementation Leadership: Drive the delivery of the financial wellbeing strategic plan, ensuring milestones are met and outcomes are achieved.
Resource and Budget Planning: Develop a comprehensive resource and budget plan to support the delivery of the capability uplift initiative.
Measurement and Reporting: Establish metrics to evaluate progress, reporting regularly on the impact of initiatives and areas for improvement.

You are a strategic thinker with a knack for simplifying complex concepts and driving meaningful change. You bring exceptional communication and collaboration skills, thriving in environments that require cross-functional alignment. You have a proven background and are motivated by capability development within organisations, and know what it takes to implement these programs at scale. It’s a bonus if you have an understanding of financial wellbeing.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in strategy development, capability building, and program delivery.
Ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholder groups across multiple levels.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to articulate complex ideas simply and persuasively.
Experience in financial services or a related industry is highly desirable.
Strong organisational and project management skills with a focus on outcomes.
