About the Opportunity
Do you have a hunger for sales, competition and enjoy a challenge? We’re seeking an experienced, motivated, and energetic Business Development Representative to be the ambassador for our brand across South Auckland, Waikato and Bay of Plenty. You will be promoting our products, building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Key responsibilities:
  • Achieving set sales targets and profitable business growth for the Company
  • Representing Innova’s range of products and promotion of this range to builders, contractors, developers and merchant reps and create demand for products
  • Identifying and cold calling prospective clients
  • Utilising CRM to update sales activities and achieving periodic KPI’s
  • Identifying construction projects and product specification opportunities
  • Developing and implementing account, market, and technical support strategies
  • Delivering client presentations to large and small groups and product training
About You
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or Sales Account Management and have the tenacity to shoot the lights out
  • Experience working with external claddings / linings would be advantageous
  • Customer centric approach with exceptional relationship building abilities
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels within an organisation and comfortable on a building site
  • Proven track record in achieving objectives, meeting budgets and activity reporting
  • Strong computer literacy, highly organised and attention to detail
  • Well honed communication and interpersonal skills
