As part of our expansion, we are ramping up our outbound sales efforts and are seeking driven, sales professionals to join our Growth team. We’re looking for energetic, ambitious individuals who are ready to make an impact and help take our sales to the next level.
The OpportunityIn this newly created client-facing, outbound sales role, you will be responsible for actively reaching out to large mid-market and enterprise clients to generate new business opportunities. Using a combination of cold calling, email outreach, and other outbound tactics, you’ll engage with decision-makers and qualify leads. Your role is critical to setting up initial conversations with our Enterprise Sales Executives and Lawyers by securing discovery meetings that could lead to long-term partnerships.
You’ll be the first point of contact for many clients, so it’s essential to provide a professional, friendly, and impactful introduction to our services. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients. This is a full-time position based in our Surry Hills HQ.
Key Responsibilities- Outbound Sales Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential enterprise clients through phone calls, emails, and other channels to identify business opportunities and qualify leads. This includes managing all enterprise cold outreach campaigns. Secure initial meetings between prospects, following up if required.
- Lead Qualification: Assess the legal needs of inbound enterprise clients and determine whether they align with the services we offer.
- Building Pipelines: Create and maintain a robust and healthy pipeline of opportunities through prospecting activity.
- Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain a professional rapport with prospects, providing them with a positive first impression of LegalVision. At a high level, present enterprise legal solutions to heads of legal departments and key stakeholders, including CFOs, COOs and Heads of People.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Work towards individual and team sales targets while ensuring consistent and high-quality outreach.
- Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing Teams: Work closely with the Growth and Legal teams to ensure smooth handovers and a seamless client experience. Support our Marketing team in organising roundtable lunches and events with potential clients and industry influencers.
- Client Success: With our Legal team, conducting regular check-in calls with our existing enterprise client base to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or additional needs.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's CRM systems.
- Passionate about Sales: You have a strong desire to achieve sales targets, a competitive spirit, and the hunger to succeed.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You are confident and clear on the phone and via email, able to engage high-value prospects and quickly establish credibility.
