Your role as a People and Culture Senior Manager will enable you to;
  • Drive a mix of strategic and operational HR initiatives
  • Lead a team of HR professionals who are committed to providing a positive experience through all aspects of the employee journey
  • Support a diverse workforce and broaden your skill set through meaningful work in the community services

The successful candidate will have:
    • Tertiary qualifications in HR or business management
    • Experience leading and delivering people and culture services
    • Ability to identify and prioritise complex problems and issues, generate solutions and work collaboratively to achieve successful outcomes
    • Strong knowledge of employment legislation, regulation and WHS requirements
    • Highly developed communication and conflict management skills
    • Demonstrated experience with implementation and management of HR information systems
