Description:
ABOUT YOU- Proven experience in construction administration or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of construction industry HSEQ requirements, standard operating procedures, and industry competency requirements.
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
- Allocate resources (labor, equipment) effectively to meet project deadlines and budgets.
- Monitor staff performance and identify training needs.
- Manage staff leave, absences, and timekeeping.
- Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to recruitment efforts and staff onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
