ABOUT YOU- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency .
- Diploma or Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of NSW WHS regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous civil construction industry experience.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety plans and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Provide safety training and education to employees.
- Monitor and report on safety performance metrics.
