Is an Australian citizen or Australian PR

Possesses a qualification comparable to an AQF Diploma or higher

Practical experience in an administrative role

The role on offer is a long-term position, and will sit within an established team, with long-term goals and new opportunities on the horizon.
Your tasks and duties will include:
· Contributing to the planning and review of office services, and setting priorities and office service standards
· Allocating human resources, develop policies and make guidelines for the team to engage prospect clients
· Assigning work and monitoring work performance of staff
· Allocating space & equipment according to the needs of various departments.
· Training staff about how to avoid and how to handle complaints
· Develop policies facilitating and strengthening customer relations
· Develop or enforce policies along with other departments providing services at customers' desired levels
· Review current policies as to whether those are practically yielding the desired results
· Provide the necessary directions and feedback to team members, helping the team to improve customer satisfaction
· Manage records and accounts of the office.
· Manage, motivate and develop staff providing client services and building relationships with clients
· Liaise with other units of the organisation, service agents and clients to identify and respond to client expectations.
· Liaise with Professionals to co-ordinate office business and to facilitate resolution of problems.
· Coordinating employee-related activities, such as recruitment, promotions, performance reviews, payroll, training, and supervision.
· Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
· Making sure all work adheres to relevant government legislations, policies, and procedures.
· Co-ordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training and supervision.
You must have qualifications equivalent to AQF bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or a related field, with a major in management.
This position will be subject to probationary period up to 6 months. This opportunity is perfect for an experienced Office Manager who has experience in administrative roles and developing a strong understanding of office software and systems.
