Key Responsibilities :
- Execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business objectives and enhance our market presence.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify market opportunities to maximize sales potential.
- Conduct the creation of marketing materials, including promotional content, social media campaigns, and advertising, ensuring they are aligned with our brand identity and meet consumer needs.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, including digital marketing initiatives, to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide insights and recommendations on product positioning, pricing, and promotional activities to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing activities are integrated with overall business goals and objectives.
Qualifications :
- Undergraduate diploma or above.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in marketing, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and email marketing. Especially WeChat and The Red
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to marketing initiatives.
- Creativity and a passion for developing innovative marketing solutions.
- Additional preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in Chinese, as this aligns with our business objectives and market focus.
