The Position
To work with young people and other service providers to develop and coordinate programs for participants and to develop a range of programs and services that meets the aims of the Youth.
- Working 35 hours per week with a fortnightly RDO

Qualifications & experience
- Qualifications in Youth Work, Community Services or related discipline or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Current First Aid Certificate (compulsory to have and maintain)
- Class C (standard) Driver's Licence (compulsory to have and maintain)
- Demonstrated experience liaising and networking with local agencies
- Demonstrated experience working with young people
- Promote the Youth Cafe and programs to diverse young people through schools, and Youth Services and the broader community.
- Establish and provide a range of youth focused programs from the Cafe and at other community locations that meet the needs of diverse young people within the community.
- Undertake all procedures that relate to the operations of Retro Lane Café and Youth programs.
- Attend relevant youth related meetings and network with service providers.
- Seek out funding opportunities to implement ongoing youth programs and events.
Hours
Based on a 35 hour week, with actual days and times being Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm, with an RDO in accordance with AlburyCity's RDO guidelines.
