The Position
The position provides technical training to all council staff and councillors on best use of the technology owned within Council. Working with the Service Desk, Council Leadership and Learning and Development teams, the role will develop and deliver a program of training initiatives that seeks to improve digital literacy across council.

Qualifications & experience
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment
- Class C Drivers Licence (compulsory to have and maintain)
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience working in training and development within a diverse organisation.
- Creation and delivery of a training program for core systems including but not limited to Office 365 office suite, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Authority ERP and Weave
- Creation and maintenance of a catalogue of user guides and support documentation and learning material for customers
- Instructional Design, Learning Material Creation, Training Planning
- Use of education technology combined with leadership and collaboration to deliver improvements in digital literacy
- Build customer relationships to improve ongoing training opportunities
Hours
Based on a 35 hour week, with actual days and times worked in accordance with the IT roster. The IT roster span of ordinary hours is from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with an RDO in accordance with AlburyCity's RDO guidelines.
