Your Role

Reporting to the Manager, Education Services, you will lead the development of our eLearning and EdTech platforms, to deliver education programs and services for public, private and community organisations on Queensland's human rights and discrimination laws. The role will be responsible for leading innovative and tailored igital education services that are contemporary, evidence-based and respond to the changing needs of rights holders and duty bearers. As a first stage in this newly created role, you will support the Manager, Education Services to research and establish an evidence base to inform the design of new eLearning educational pathways, with the objective of uplifting the Commission's focus on prevention and aligning the work of your team to the Commission's strategic purpose.

Mandatory Requirements

Qualifications in computer science with a focus on user experience and interaction and/or EdTech, and/or education, including digital education and eLearning would be well regarded. Due to the requirement to travel from time to time, a driver licence is a requirement of the role. Other relevant qualifications are highly desirable.
