Witzer is a revolutionary payment platform initially focused on the construction industry, with ambitions to move into other markets as we expand. With secured funding and aggressive growth plans to be delivered nationwide and a long-term view to go international, we are looking for an experienced EA and Office Manager to provide exceptional support to our CEO.
The Role
This is a full-time role based out of our offices in Fortitude Valley, QLD, where you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO:
- Managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and organising travel arrangements
- Providing administrative support such as preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Overseeing the day-to-day office operations, including managing suppliers and service providers
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Support the HR function with onboarding and employee queries
- Contribute to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures
- Working closely with the CEO on project management and special initiatives as required
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an executive assistant or office management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels
- Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and office equipment
- Adaptable and able to prioritise in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven experience in providing efficient administrative and operational support
