With OMM’s rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Compliance Manager to strengthen our R&C team. This high-impact role offers extensive opportunities for personal and professional development, including significant interaction with the executive management team.
What you’ll do
Maintain compliance and risk registers, including breaches, incidents, and complaintsCollaborate with stakeholders to support compliance requirements and regulatory obligationsEnsure alignment with relevant legislation (AML/KYC, NCCP, ASIC) across business operationsDevelop and maintain training programs on compliance for employees, working with HRMaintain compliance with regulatory reporting, marketing standards, and outsourced servicesCoordinate RCC (Risk and Compliance Committee) meetings, action items, and reportingManage compliance software, updating tasks and rolling out checklists quarterlyConduct KYC and due diligence on external stakeholders and vendor partners
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field3+ years in risk and compliance roles within financial services, consumer finance, or bankingHands-on experience with regulated NCCP products and related legislationProven ability in policy writing, updating risk/compliance frameworks, and stakeholder management.Strong knowledge of AML/KYC requirements and regulatory reporting processes.Proficiency in compliance management software and risk assessment methodologies
