Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve organizational goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the reach of NXT GIG's recruitment services
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the business development team to reach their targets and foster a high-performance culture
  • Conduct market analysis to understand emerging trends and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and potential partners
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives
  • Represent NXT GIG at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Extensive experience in business development, sales, and/or strategic partnerships in the recruitment or related industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing successful business strategies
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
