The Role:We are currently seeking an experienced Plant Administration Assistant to join our busy team. The role would suit a candidate able to multi-task, with a knowledge of accounts payable experience, data, and administrative practices.
Your attention to detail, organisational skills and helpful disposition will set you apart. We need you to be the administrative subject matter expert and provide high level administrative support to your team, with the ability to assist with payroll when required.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide reception and administration support to employees at the Rail Plant Maintenance Facility at Welshpool.
- Processing invoices and statements.
- Set up new vendors & maintain EFT details for accounts payable as per JHG procedures.
- Strong organisational and prioritising skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Provide customer service to clients, external vendors, subcontractors, and community stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support which may include arranging and attending meetings, conferences, functions, taking and distributing minutes.
- An experienced Administration Assistant.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.
- A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
- 1-3 years’ experience in an office.
