Solution 4 Building is a commercial builder based in Carlisle WA. Our projects range from $400,000 to $3M and include new construction and refurbishments both in metro and regional areas.
We are currently seeking a positive, well organised, Junior Administration Assistant to join our small friendly team in a full-time role. The main function of this role is document control, preparation of tender packages & general administration duties.
Construction Knowledge is not required as on-the job training will be provided. Administration experience would be an advantage.
Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:
- Administration support to Contract Administrators, Management and all other staff.
- Answering incoming calls and office maintenance including ordering stationery and office amenities.
- Completing building applications and relative permits.
- Liaising with subcontractors to schedule maintenance on projects
- Assisting in the preparation of Tender and Expressions of Interest packages
- Project operational & maintenance manuals - Documentation Management
- Safety Management System – Maintenance of documentation
- Maintenance of project information displayed on Website.
- Other General Administration duties as required.

- Basic Administration Skills
- Computer competency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PDF Editing)
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Time Management Skills
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise various tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work both as a team player and independently.
- A Professional & Confident Telephone Manner
- Current Australian Drivers Licence
