Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a senior sales leadership role
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in sales CRM software and analytics tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
