They currently operate in more than 40 countries and are seeking a highly organised Learning & Development Coordinator to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success. About the JobIn this role, you will manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to training programs while also leading data-driven projects to enhance our clients' learning initiatives. ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of training programs, workshops, and events.Prepare and organise training materials, resources, and presentations, ensuring they are readily available for trainers and participants.Manage all logistical aspects of training sessions, including client interactions, virtual training support, and participant communication.Maintain accurate training records, track progress, and generate reports as needed.Assist in the creation and maintenance of L&D documentation, including training manuals, guides, and course materials.Serve as a point of contact for clients with L&D-related inquiries, providing guidance and support.Coordinate training session schedules and trainers' availability.Collaborate with the wider team and subject matter experts to ensure training content aligns with organisational objectives.
