About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Coordinator/Adviser to join our L&D team for a 12-month max term contract. In this role, you will support the delivery of various L&D initiatives, provide guidance to employees and leaders to address learning needs and work collaboratively with the team on the design and delivery of programs aimed at enhancing learning and development across the firm at an individual, team, and systems level.
Key responsibilities include:

End to end administration support of learning activities nationally including uploading and creating courses, administering assessment tools, management of attendance, booking rooms and travel, participant and program sponsor communications etc

Facilitate onboarding process for new starters

Provide support and guidance to employees and leaders on learning queries and requests including monitoring a centralised inbox and system troubleshooting

Work collaboratively with People & Culture to understand needs, identify capability gaps and promote or develop solutions

Contribute to L&D, P&C, and firmwide projects as required
About You
-
2-3 years of experience in learning and development, people & culture or a similar role

Strong communication skills both verbal and written

Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities

Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and learning
