ABOUT OUR CLIENT AND THE ROLEOur client is a well-established company in the manufacturing industry seeking an HR/Payroll Systems Co-ordinator to join its People, Culture, and Safety team on a 12-month fixed-term contract with an immediate start. This role requires 5 days a week onsite at the Clayton office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support managers with HRIS systems and payroll processes
- Configure and manage user accounts, security, and system access
- Ensure data accuracy through audits and troubleshooting
- Process time and attendance records and leave applications
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation
- Coordinate training and development requirements
- Liaise with external payroll providers for fortnightly pay runs
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous system improvements
- Possess tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology (preferred)
- One to three years' experience in a similar role
- Previous experience with HRIS and payroll systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- High levels of organisation, self-motivation, and proactivity
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Availability to work onsite, five days a week in Clayton
