About the Role
You will play a critical role in optimising delivery routes and ensuring seamless, safe, and efficient transport operations across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and optimise transport routes for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure deliveries are scheduled within designated time windows.
- Maintain an accurate transport database with timely data entry.
- Maximise vehicle capacity by ensuring trucks are fully loaded where possible.
- Work closely with drivers to address and resolve routing or transport issues.
- Collaborate with department managers to resolve delivery discrepancies (missing/excess stock).
- Continuously improve service quality through feedback and performance monitoring.
About You
You are an organised, analytical, and proactive professional with a strong background in transport planning. You thrive in fast-paced environments, have exceptional problem-solving skills, and can anticipate and resolve challenges effectively.

✔ Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
✔ Highly analytical with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
✔ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy .
✔ Experience in logistics and transport (preferred).
✔ Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
✔ Ability to anticipate and troubleshoot factors like traffic and weather conditions.
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
