Our client
Our client is a rapidly expanding small business within the tourism sector, located in Melbourne's South-Eastern suburbs. As they grow, they're looking for a dedicated individual to help deliver exceptional experiences to clients.
The role
Assisting the team with:
- Dealing with customer enquiries over the phone and via email
- Updating the travel app with clients' booking information and specific preferences
- Assisting with the logistics of each tour, liaising with suppliers and clients
- Processing bookings
- Other administrative duties as required
Skills & Experience
- Impeccable customer service skills with demonstrated customer service experience
- Previous experience within travel and tourism is desired
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to plan and prioritise workflow
- Intermediate computer skills - Salesforce experience is a bonus
