We are a Melbourne (Braeside) based promotional products company focusing on the supply of merchandise, uniforms and all types of promotional products.
We are looking for the right person to look after our clients and grow accounts. It is a customer service focused role with the drive to achieve sales and repeat customers.

Job tasks and responsibilities
- Responding to and quoting website generated enquiries (we provide you with the leads)
- Quoting clients with accuracy, creativity and great service
- Learning the sales cycle and trying to convert quotes to sales
- Fielding incoming phone calls from new clients
- Providing excellent customer service to our clients
- Adhoc office duties as required
- Skills and experience
- This is junior role which is ideal for high school, TAFE, college and university graduates
The successful candidate will have mentors to assist in setting goals and implementing positive daily strategies. The aim is to grow as a successful individual and as a valuable sales team member.
- A can do attitude and reliable
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- An interest in learning all aspects of the sales profession
- Ability to work to under pressure and to deadlines
- A keen eye for details
- Ideally 1 year customer service experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
