About the role:
A new opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Agent to join Team TIG!
This role is part of our frontline customer service team, taking care of enquiries for both our customers and carriers.
The day looks like this:
Lodge enquiries, bookings and provide quotes;
Provide tracking and tracing information to clients and customers, via phone and email;
Generate consignment paperwork for customers;
Assist customers in determining the best carrier for their request;
Lodge enquiries, bookings and provide quotes.
