Job Description
How will I help?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven PMO Manager - Business Transformation to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to ensure the successful delivery of projects and programs. You will be responsible for ensuring standardisation and compliance in project management, documentation, and reporting.
You will be responsible for:
Assisting the Program Management team in scheduling and facilitating project reviews to identify risks that may impact the project's schedule, cost, or scope.Ensuring standardisation and compliance in project management, documentation, and reporting, in preparation for internal and external audits.Completing and verifying program monthly reporting.Providing commentary on the outcomes of project reviews and deep dives.Tracking completion of actions from project reviews and escalating issues to the Business Lead where appropriate.Developing and implementing processes to support knowledge sharing across projects, enabling projects to leverage learnings across the Program.Providing visibility to senior program/portfolio leadership on adherence to Quality Management aspects of the Transformation Delivery Standards (TDS), Agile Execution Framework (AEF), and Solution Engineering Lifecycle (SELC).Facilitating the development of environment-specific processes, standards, and templates to support consistency across the program/portfolio.Providing guidance on quality criteria, reviewers, and sign-off authority to ensure cross-portfolio/program consistency.Working with Sourcing staff to ensure effective interfaces with suppliers' quality systems and overseeing the review process for contractual supplier deliverables.Developing and implementing key metrics of project, program, and portfolio performance to support ongoing improvement.Assisting the Program Management team with Clarity time-sheeting, WASP forecasting/modelling, Jira Hygiene, fortnightly, monthly status reporting, and financial reporting.

What do I need?
Strong project management experience, including scheduling and facilitating reviews.Proficiency in standardisation and compliance in project management and reporting.Ability to prepare for and support audits.Experience in completing and verifying monthly program reports.Skills in providing detailed commentary on review outcomes.Ability to track and manage actions from reviews, escalating issues as needed.Experience in developing and implementing knowledge-sharing processes.Familiarity with TDS, AEF, and SELC.Ability to develop consistent processes, standards, and templates.Skills in guiding quality criteria, reviewers, and sign-offs.Strong collaboration skills to work with suppliers.Ability to develop and track key performance metrics.Proficiency in Clarity time-sheeting, WASP forecasting, Jira, and financial reporting.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
