How will I help?
We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Program Manager - Business Transformation to join our team. In this role, you will lead and manage large projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed scope, time, cost, and quality. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to drive transformation and ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
You will be responsible for:
Leading and managing large projects with indicative costs over $20M and durations of 18-36 months.Overseeing multiple sub-projects, streams, and technology teams, affecting multiple business areas.Managing diverse stakeholder expectations across different business divisions.Ensuring continuous delivery through Agile methodology within a complex organisation.Managing end-to-end key program milestones across business and technology.Monitoring and reporting to the Business Lead on financials, risks, issues, and progress towards milestones and deliverables.Forecasting and managing the cost/benefits impacts of scope changes and managing partner/vendor costs to ensure delivery within budget.Identifying, monitoring, reporting, and escalating risks and issues, challenging and influencing leadership and stakeholders as needed.Engaging, informing, influencing, and negotiating with stakeholders to ensure commitment throughout the program/project.Ensuring adherence to enterprise methodologies and processes, including Transformation Delivery Standards (TDS), Agile Execution Framework (AEF), and Solution Engineering Lifecycle (SELC).Facilitating and driving key Customer Engagement governance cadences.Coaching and mentoring others on best practices in finance management, risk & issue management, and governance methodologies.Uplifting delivery capability across the program and coaching teams on Customer Engagement Ways of Working.

What do I need?
Proven track record in leading and managing large projects with indicative costs over $20M and durations of 18-36 months.Experience managing projects with high complexity, multiple sub-projects, and technology teams.Ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations across different business divisions.Strong experience in continuous delivery through Agile methodology.Proficiency in end-to-end management of key program milestones across business and technology.Skills in monitoring and reporting on financials, risks, issues, and progress towards milestones.Ability to forecast and manage cost/benefits impacts of scope changes and partner/vendor costs.Experience in identifying, monitoring, reporting, and escalating risks and issues.Strong stakeholder management skills to engage, inform, influence, and negotiate.Familiarity with Transformation Delivery Standards (TDS), Agile Execution Framework (AEF), and Solution Engineering Lifecycle (SELC).Ability to facilitate and drive governance cadences.Skills in coaching and mentoring on best practices in finance management, risk & issue management, and governance methodologies.
