Imagine brainstorming fresh content strategies, designing eye-catching graphics, and optimising our e-commerce platform to create a seamless shopping experience. You'll also be the mastermind behind our email marketing campaigns, ensuring our messages are engaging and effective. This newly created role is a result of our exciting growth, and you'll be at the heart of our digital marketing efforts. As our Online Designer, you'll be the creative force behind our digital presence, crafting stunning designs and driving our CRM calendar to push sales. You'll work closely with our Senior Graphic Designer and eCommerce Manager to bring innovative ideas to life and make a real impact on our brand.
What You'll Do:
- Design & Content Creation: Develop eye-catching graphics for digital platforms, collaborate with Brand and eCommerce teams on content strategies, and ensure designs are optimised for various digital formats.
- E-Commerce Management : Optimise the Shopify platform to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping journey for our customers; dive into site data, uncover trends, and recommend impactful improvements; design and manage captivating landing pages for exciting product launches and promotions.
- Email Marketing & CRM: Create and schedule email campaigns, manage the CRM calendar, execute automated email flows, and analyse performance to maximize results.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Klaviyo.
- Basic understanding of Shopify.
- Creativity and ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Detail-oriented and organised.
- Familiarity with customer segmentation and personalization - preferred but not essential
- Experience with social media scheduling tools -preferred but not essential
- Copywriting skills for engaging content -preferred but not essential
- Experience writing social media captions - preferred but not essential
