Senior Management Accountant
- Permanent, Full time
- 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday @ 7.6 hours per day

You will be a key strategic player in the role of Senior Management Accountant, responsible for providing high-level financial analysis, financial planning, and risk management to support executive decision-making. You will focus on business performance, financial governance, and strategic financial planning, going beyond transactional accounting to offer expert financial insights and support business growth.
You will drive financial performance analysis, cost control, and forecasting at an organizational level, ensuring financial sustainability and compliance. Working closely with senior leadership, you will contribute to long-term financial strategies, investment planning, and risk mitigation. You will also oversee financial governance, policy development, and financial literacy programs for non-finance managers.

What you need to succeed
- CPA or CA qualification required
- Leadership experience with a minimum of 5 years in management accounting, financial planning, and analysis
- Strong experience in business performance analysis, financial governance, and compliance
- Expertise in financial modelling, scenario analysis, and risk assessment
- Demonstrated leadership experience in financial systems, policy development, and cost control
- Strong ability to present complex financial insights to senior management and boards
