launch and strong global demand for our RASTRUM™ platform. To support this growth, we have
established a Discovery Services team. This team is pivotal in collaborating with top-tier Pharma
companies, integrating our models into their R&D workflows, and managing outsourced discovery
projects to expedite advancements in pharmaceutical research and development.

The Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our finance team with various
accounting and administrative tasks. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work from home. A
minimum commitment of 24 hours per week is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general bookkeeping
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Supporting month-end closing processes, including maintaining customer prepayment statement reconciliations and other general ledger (GL) reconciliations
- Providing ad hoc support to the finance team as needed
About You:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or a relevant tertiary qualification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (Xero, MYOB, or similar preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
