SEQ's leading patio & carport construction company requires an enthusiastic person to join our dedicated and loyal team on a full-time basis at our Darra office in Brisbane's Western Suburbs.
Altec are looking for the right candidate to assist on a day-to-day basis in a busy fast paced office environment. This role would suit a person who is dynamic and has resilience within a demanding construction office environment.
Key responsibilities in this role include:
- Answer Incoming Calls.
- Liaise with Customers and Suppliers.
- Provide assistance to the department.
- Update key information into CRM (ZOHO) and accounting packages (MYOB).
- Assist with general day to day office duties, i.e. Scanning, Filing, Invoicing.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to work well in a team environment.
- Sound Microsoft Office skills.
- Drivers Licence essential, no public transport nearby.
- Strong customer service tendencies.
