We are seeking a motivated administration assistant to join our Fleet team at our Toyota dealership in Moorooka. This role will report to the Fleet Department Manager and will provide administration support to the team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting our Sales teams with the admin functions within the TUNE system
  • Raising Purchase orders on sold cars to Pre-delivery / organising sublet quotes
  • Working with Pre-delivery to get new cars ready for delivery
  • Closing deals off in the system, post delivery
  • Checking appropriate paperwork present in the deal packs as per Audit requirements
  • Assisting with delivering vehicles for certain clients (Manager’s clients)

Successful applicants for this position will possess the following attributes:

  • Previous industry and Toyota Tune experience desirable
  • Strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • C class open driver’s license
  • High level of competency in Microsoft Office suite
