We’re on the lookout for a experienced Test Lead to join the client's Customer Systems and Assurance program. If you’re passionate about testing and want to help resolve high-priority system issues while improving customer experiences, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!What You’ll Do:
- Oversee software testing efforts, providing expert guidance and coordination to key stakeholders while identifying and addressing risks and issues.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between the testing team and delivery teams to align testing activities with project objectives.
- Conduct hands-on testing (both automated and manual) as needed in a small team environment.
- Monitor and report on quality issues and potential risks, ensuring timely resolution.
- Champion and enforce the organization’s Test Policy and Test Strategy.
- Lead technical testing initiatives by applying established testing practices, methods, and tools.
- Perform peer reviews and quality assurance activities to uphold high testing standards and exceed customer expectations.
What We’re Looking For:
- A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with API mechanisms and authentication and IaC tools and practices.
- Experience with TestOps/DevOps practices and cloud-based test automation tools.
- Knowledge of testing technologies like IBM DB2, Mainframe, JMeter, SoapUI, and experience with Integration Platform API testing is a plus.
